Smoke Brushes – How To Use Brushes In Photoshop

health No Comments »

Using smoke brushes! Make your action figure photography better with Photoshop brushes! I love adding some smoke and haze to most of my toy photos. Using these smoke brushes in Photoshop really helps bring your image to life.

They are designed for Photoshop, but I’ve also tried them in Procreate and they work fine. Any other photo editor that uses the “.abr” brush file should be able to use them too.

This is also a Photoshop tutorial where I cover how you add the brushes into Photoshop and how to use the brushes.

What’s the difference between smoke, fog, and haze in photography? For the most part, I would say it’s just a matter of how thick it appears. Regardless, you will have full control.

Let me know what you think!

I love sharing Toy Photography Tips and Tricks and I do take requests for tutorials, so feel free to leave any ideas in the comment section.

Klint is definitely NOT the hardest ambigram!

relationship No Comments »

Ambigram for the name “Klint” using the downstroke matching technique.

Letters with vertical strokes like a, f, h, i, k, l, m, n, p, r, t, x can work really well with this technique to create ambigrams!
